Machine 13 didn't count 3 of my quarters. Ended up working but I lost that 75 cents
Dryers... come armed with quarters. 25cents will only get you 6 mins, and on high the inside of the dryer doesn't even feel hot when it stops. I separated everything out into 8 dryers for less in each hoping to dry in 2 cycles. No good. So 4*$3 washes ($12) and 8*$1 (24mins) ($8) dryers... and the clothes are still damp when I left. I've never spent $20 to do 4 loads of laundry and leave with damp shirt collars and damp socks.
Quiet, clean and cheap arcade games are available to help pass time up
The place may be clean and open 24 hours, and next to a Stewart's for coffee and snacks - but the machines are overpriced and don't work well. Avoid the place if you can.
6 $1.75 machines, 1 works. 8 $3 machines, 6 work (and not well, nor do they tell you how much time they are running for or where in the cycle they are) 4 washers for $7.60 and 2 $10.
80 degrees out and 90% humidity - place has no AC - I went here for the free WiFi to work while the machines ran... no tables, just a bunch of old 1960s chairs from an old dr's office.
Today I was here I had a hard time with the washers I have to treasure my clothing all over again and then I spent 6$ to dry my clothing because two dryers wouldn't dry my clothing and the person ther cleaning the place acts like he don't have a clue to anything and couldn't help me in no shape or form I am highly upset with this laundry mat
