Very poor experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered and was told the truck already left for the day and they would go out tomorrow. I said it would mean a lot to me if my grandmother could receive flowers on her actual birthday and not the day after. The owner told me she would deliver them that day and I showered her with my gratitude. Days pass and come to find out the flowers were never delivered at all. When I called to follow up the owner proceeds to tell me that our conversation never took place. Then she tells me that I told her to cancel the order if it couldn't go that day. To which I replied that is inaccurate, I would rather her receive flowers a day late than not at all. I am most upset because the order was cancelled without informing me, she never apologized for the flowers not being delivered, her complete lack of compassion towards the issue, and to top it off her last words to me were, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" This will be my first and last experience with this flower shop.
I purchased spray of flowers and heart shaped pillow for a friend who passed, the arrangements were outstanding and I am so happy of how they looked. Maloney's did an outstanding job. Thank you so much.
